Back Stretch Exercises
Many of us suffer from back pain. This Shortcut will take you through a number of recommended back exercises to strengthen and increase flexibility. After each set of 5 reps there is a relaxing breathing exercise to bring all the benefits of deep breathing to your routine.
It also serves as a great warm up routine before a run or a workout. A local cycling club use it to as part of their warm up before a social ride.
